TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, any reference to “you”, “participant(s)”, “user(s)” or “player(s)” are to persons who have entered the Contest in accordance with the terms set out at clause 3 (How to Enter), and the promoter/organizer is referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, “Company” and “winsharpsharp”.
BY AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW, YOU WILL WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE THE PROMOTER FOR ANY LIABILITY THAT ARISE FROM USING THIS SITE OR SERVICE, OR FROM PARTICIPATING IN ANY CONTEST ORGANIZED BY THE PROMOTER.
These terms and conditions will apply in conjunction with any specific terms and conditions of any applicable promotion. Where any specific terms and conditions conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the specific terms of the applicable promotion shall apply, and if you register or sign up to enter the WinSharpSharp football prediction games posted on https://winsharpsharp.com (“Contest”), you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering any Contest.
1. The Promoter/Organizer
1.1 Every Contest is organized and promoted by the administrators and owners of WinSharpSharp.com (“WinSharpSharp“).
2. Eligibility
2.1 This Contest is only open to persons aged 18 years or over, and to persons who own a Nigerian bank account. This bank account must bear the participant’s full name.
2.2 The following persons are ineligible to join any Contest: employees of the Promoter and/or each of their associated companies, employees of agents and/or suppliers of the Promoter and/or its associated companies who are professionally connected with the Contest and/or its administration.
2.3 Where participants do not meet the eligibility criteria, their entry will not be valid and they will not be eligible to win.
2.4 The promoter may require participants to provide proof of age, residence and identity to confirm their eligibility.
3. How to Enter
3.1 The Contest will run until terminated at the sole discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter also reserves the right to suspend or modify the Contest at any time.
3.2 Entry to the contest is free, a paid option will be introduced sometime in the future.
3.3 To enter the Contest, you must sign up at https://winsharpsharp.com/ (the “Website” or “Site”) or its related mobile apps (the “Mobile Apps“) to open an account; and predict the correct scores and results for all the football fixtures listed on the website for each relevant game round or week.
3.4 You are required to register to open an account on the Website or the Mobile Apps in your own name.
3.5 Any participant found to be registered in the name of any other person will be disqualified from the contest and/or banned from using the site.
3.6 Only one account is permitted to be registered per user.
3.7 By registering for an account, you authorize the Promoter to conduct any identification and verification checks that it may require (either for the Promoter’s own purposes or as required by applicable law or a regulatory body), including (but not limited to) checking any or all of the details you provide when registering or changing your Account details. In particular, the Promoter may verify that you are Eighteen (18) years of age or older. If the Promoter discovers that you are under 18 years of age following verification checks or that you have not met any other verification criteria, your account shall be closed and all entries will be disqualified from participating in the Contest and/or receiving any (cash) Prizes.
3.8 Users are discouraged from creating or opening multiple accounts. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that multiple accounts have been opened by, or are under the control of the same person, all such accounts shall be closed and all entries by such person and/or accounts held by such person will be disqualified from participating in the Contest and/or receiving any Prizes.
3.9 Only one entry is allowed into a Contest per participant for all free contests.
3.10 All prediction entries must be submitted thirty (30) minutes before the start of any scheduled football game or match fixture advertised/listed by the Promoter on WinSharpSharp.com. After this Closing time, participants won’t be able to submit any entries. The countdown timer on the site will display the time left until the start of another scheduled football match.
3.11 Once an entry has been submitted, it can be edited and re-submitted before the Closing Time via the Website or Mobile Apps.
3.12 Users cannot change their predictions or entries after the Closing Time.
3.13 Users may only enter Contests provided by the Promoter, and cannot create custom Contests.
3.14 Participants are solely responsible for all information (whether entered correctly or incorrectly) they provide when entering a Contest.
3.15 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Contest at any time prior to the Contest start date without notice. All Contests are entered at the users’ own risk and discretion.
3.16 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Any entries that aren’t submitted through our site or mobile apps will be automatically disqualified.
3.17 If a contest entry is partially entered or incomplete for the round/week before the match starts, the Promoter will automatically complete the entries with random entries.
4. Contest Format and Scoring
- Rounds
4.1 Contests will be run on a round-by-round and/or weekly format based on scheduled football matches that are selected by the Promoter for a particular round or week, and participants’ ranking can be viewed on the leaderboard.
4.2 Each round or game week would have the full list of matches displayed on the Predict section of the site. Participants are encouraged to predict every game in order to increase their chances of earning maximum points in any round of fixtures.

Scoring will be determined by a point system as follows:

4.3 For correct results, 1 point will be awarded based on three possible result outcomes: Team 1 wins, Draw or Team 2 wins.
4.4 For correct scores, 3 points will be awarded only if the exact, correct score is predicted.
4.5 Underdog bonus points are additional points that can be earned for correctly predicting a highlighted underdog to win and the correct score predicted.
4.6 Teams designated as underdogs will have a small picture (icon) of a dog placed next to them.
4.7 Maximum points that can be awarded per match is 6 points.
4.8 Final match score is the match score after regulation time (90 mins + added minutes) and does not include overtime score or penalties.
4.9 On selected rounds, at the discretion of the promoter, there would be one bonus question added to the prediction page, which would give 1 extra point for a correct answer. This would be one bonus question for the full round of matches during a particular game week.
4.10 Our scoring system and Contest formats are subject to change, and rules and terms related to both will be updated on this page prior to implementation.
4.11 The allocation of points to any User and/or any ranking as determined by us shall be final and conclusive.
4.12 If any scheduled match for prediction is not completed for whatever reason (suspended, abandoned, postponed, etc), that match will be considered void, and all statistics from that match will not be included in the calculation of points for the leaderboard.
4.13 We may obtain the final score feed from third party providers and in case of any errors or inaccuracies, we will strive to confirm and correct such errors through league websites/channels within reasonable time. And we won’t be held liable for any issues that arise from this.
5. Prizes and Payout Structure
- Prizes
5.1 The Round Contest Prize, The Weekly Contest Prize, The Seasonal Contest Prize and any Additional Prize are together referred to as the “Prizes” and each a “Prize“.
5.2 There will be a prize pool (jackpot) as specified next to a contest, and these could be for any given round, week or season.
5.3 The Round and Weekly Contest prizes will be awarded to the top three (3) players on the leaderboard for each of these contests.
5.4 If there is a tie, payouts would be amongst participants that are tied in winning positions.
5.5 There is no cash alternative to non-cash prizes, unless agreed otherwise in writing between the winner and the Promoter.
5.6 Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless agreed otherwise in writing between the winner and the Promoter.
5.7 The Promoter reserves the right to change the type of prizes (cash or non-cash) that are being awarded, the amount of the prizes for cash prizes, etc.
5.8 The Promoter will attempt to notify and contact winning participants soon after a contest has ended to initiate the payout process. The Promoter will not be responsible for payout issues as long as it has made all reasonable attempts to process payouts.
5.9 Prizes will not be awarded to players who are based in countries from which Winsharpsharp does not accept entries or have had an account suspended or closed by the Promoter for any reason.
5.10 The promoter reserves the right to withhold Prizes or payouts if a winner has violated any rules or terms and conditions.
5.11 Winners will receive their payout in 48 hours. Please allow us up to 14 calendar days to resolve any issues related to paying out winnings.
5.12 Winners will be responsible to pay all taxes/fees/charges required within their local jurisdiction.
5.13 In the rare case where there is no score from any participant, then there will be no payout, and the jackpot may be added to the next round.
5.14 For marketing purposes, we may publish winners’ information uploaded to the platform, and if any winner has issues with their real names, username, image, and likeness used, they can contact Winsharpsharp as soon as possible to change the information.
6. Payout Structure
5.15 The payout structure for the prize pool will be percentage based with the breakdown below:

- Participants’ and Winners’ Verification
6.1 Winners (as determined in accordance with the terms set out in Clause 5 (Prizes) will be notified by email or telephone number registered on their account soon after the contest has ended.
6.2 It is each participant’s sole responsibility to ensure that their contact details are up to date on their account.
6.3 Winners will be required to verify (with evidence satisfactory to the Promoter) their: age, identity, residence, and any other verification information requested by the Promoter, to the satisfaction of the Promoter before they are eligible to receive their Prize.
6.4 A full list of Prize winners by name/username will be available in the prize winners section of the Winsharpsharp website and Mobile app.*
6.5 If any winner is not able, for whatever reason to accept a Prize, verify their registration information to the satisfaction of the Promoter, has been found to have breached these Terms and Conditions, or cannot be contacted within two (2) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner (and their eligibility to receive any Prizes under the Contest) and award the applicable Prize to another participant, if applicable.
6.6 The Promoter’s decision is final and legally binding on all participants in relation to all aspects of the Contest including (without limitation), allocation of the Prizes, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.7 Entries that do not comply in full with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified and will not be eligible to receive any Prizes.
7. Publicity and Participants’ Personal Information
7.1 The Promoter will use each winner’s and each participant’s personal details for the purpose of administering these Contests.
7.2 By opting in to receive offers and communications you agree that the Promoter and their business partners may use the details you give us to contact you about products and services that may be of interest to you. By opting in to allow us to use your user profile, including but not limited to your age, location and gender, your browsing history and patterns, your social media usage and how you interact with us.
7.3 You agree that the Promoter and their business partners may use the details you give us to contact you and provide targeted marketing tailored to the products and services that may be of interest to you.
7.4 You can change your direct marketing preferences by contacting us by email at support@winsharpsharp.com. You can also click on the “unsubscribe” link in direct marketing emails from us to be removed from receiving future email marketing.*

7.6 Entry and participation in any Contest constitutes permission for the Promoter and/or its associated and affiliated companies to use the usernames, predictions, names, city and state and user photographs of participants for publishing purposes, including but not limited to, leader boards and other display within the Winsharpsharp website and mobile apps.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The Promoter and each of its associated companies exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from: any postponement, suspension, cancellation, delay or changes to the Prizes, Contest, other associated promotions or relevant football fixtures beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control; any technical failures or unavailability of the Winsharpsharp website, mobile apps or other related platforms; obvious errors or omissions relating to the awarding of Prizes; or any act of any third party supplier, including without limitation, errors relating to fixtures and scoring data.
8.2 The terms and conditions of any third party supplier or sponsor will apply to the Prize where applicable.
8.3 If any provision or part-provision of these Terms and Conditions are or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
8.4 These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted in accordance with Nigerian Law, and you agree that all claims arising from your participation in these Contests that you may bring against the Promoter will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian Courts.
